By accessing and using SkillFolio, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Service Description

SkillFolio provides AI-powered resume building services, including:

• Resume creation and customization tools with professional templates
• AI-powered content generation and optimization using Phi-3 Mini model
• ATS compatibility scanning and keyword analysis
• Interview preparation assistance with AI-generated questions
• Certification recommendations based on your skills
• PDF export and sharing capabilities via email and WhatsApp
• Multi-language resume generation support
• Job-fit resume customization based on job descriptions
• Authentication via WhatsApp OTP (Meta Cloud API) or Email OTP/Password

User Accounts

• You can register using WhatsApp number (OTP-based) or email address (with password or OTP)
• You must provide accurate information including your full name when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• One account per user; multiple accounts may be prohibited or merged
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• OTP codes are valid for 10 minutes and should be kept confidential

Subscription and Payments

Our pricing plans include:

• Free Plan: Limited features with basic resume creation
• Lifetime Access (₹999): One-time payment for unlimited access
• Human Review Add-on (₹299): Professional resume review service

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are subject to change with notice.

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for paid plans. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of the content you create on SkillFolio
• You grant us a license to use your content to provide our services
• Our platform, design, and technology are protected by copyright and trademark laws
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our platform
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Scrape, harvest, or collect user data without permission
• Impersonate others or provide false information

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• Our services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Using our resume will result in job interviews or employment
• All ATS systems will accept resumes created on our platform
• AI-generated content will be perfect or free from errors

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkillFolio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also terminate your account by contacting our support team.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].
